Lord Wright of Richmond GCMG
Patrick Wright (Lord Wright of Richmond) was Chair of Home-Start International from 2004 to 2007. Patrick Wright was one of the founding
Trustees when Home-Start International was set up in 1999. He was in
the Foreign Service for 36 years, ending his career as Head of the
Diplomatic Service, and went on to serve on a number of Boards of
leading British Companies. He was appointed a Life Peer in 1994, and
sits as an Independent Cross-Bencher. He and his wife, Virginia, have
two sons and a daughter, and eight grandchildren.
